The Old Bake House Care Home

Bonser Building Contractors were appointed as the contractors on behalf of Abbeyfield Society Care Homes and UKBS Surveyors to undertake internal refurbishment works at The Old Bake House Care Home, in the village of Chadlington within Oxfordshire.

Being overseen by Scott and Tristan, the works required the removal of a stair lift which had been made redundant of the installation of a new lift facility. Removal of all existing carpets to the communal areas, redecoration to corridors and various communal areas, along with minor repairs throughout the building. Bonser Building Contractors had to ensure that the works were performed in such a way that the cause as little, if any, disruption to the residence of the care home, with set hours of works in which to complete specific tasks, the works were completed within a three week period to the satisfaction of the care homes staff and all of its residents.
