St Margarets Primary, Stoke Golding

During the summer holidays of 2012, on the behalf of surveying firm Bonser Building Contractors was awarded the contract of a small school extension at St Margaret’s Primary School, in the small village of Stoke Golding located just outside of Hinckley, two works consisted of a extensions to the area of three classroom along with various internal alterations and refurbishments.

In order to extend the three classrooms as required, we had to remove the redundant external brickwork, dig out footings for the new proposed area, install brickwork to the new locations to match the existing bricks to the school, and extent the existing metal roof over the new increased areas. All classrooms were finishes included aluminium thermally broken windows, cloak room areas, suspended ceilings, wet preparation areas, new floor coverings throughout, data connections, upgraded heating and cooling systems.
