This undisclosed Bungalow in Hinckley required major reinstatement works following on from an extensive fire that started from within the garage and progressed into the large roof space.

John Craddock Associates were the appointed surveyors / loss assessors on the project, despite never perform contracts them before, they approached Bonser Building Contractors to undertake the works for the reinstatement of the bungalow. The damage was quite extensive with all internal walls requiring demolition along with various repairs to external walls.

During this reinstatement period, the home-owners took the opportunity to undertake various alterations to the property, including the conversion of the roof to allow for a full sized attic room, and various alterations to the conservatory room at the rear of the property.

The works in the final stages incorporated highly specified kitchen and bathrooms that were designed bespoke. Throughout the main hallway and lounge there were various bespoke oak features that were manufactured in our very own workshop.
